Cet espace ouvre le travail au-delà de la scène et vous invite à suivre la recherche, les découvertes et les conversations en évolution qui continuent à façonner la pièce.
A glimpse into the final steps before the premiere — rehearsals, encounters, adjustments, and the shared energy that brought Dance People to life at the Edinburgh International Festival.
This creation here explores the process and focusses on participation rather than representation and on a shared aesthetic experience rather than hierarchical direction: spontaneously, emotionally, politically. Join the conversation and let’s discuss the process and shape the next.

An excerpt from a letter sent by olive merchant Tawfiq Darwish to his brother Ibrahim, Jaffa, Palestine, May 12, 1948. We left at dawn. I buried the house key under the lemon tree, beside the cracked stone. If you return before me, tell Farida I carried Mother’s beads. The trees were full this year.
