Massimiliano Battistella

Born in Rome, Massimiliano embarked on his artistic career directing experimental short subjects that were selected for and honoured at numerous festivals. He took his degree in literary criticism, and deepened his studies of the humanities and the visual arts. He soon accumulated experience as assistant director and in casting, while working with major directors on the italian and international landscape. He is currently writing his first feature-length film, developing a short fiction film, and is engaged in cinema productions as assistant director.
