Rita Noutel
Rita joined the dance company Liant la troca in 2009 and began her career as a professional dancer there. She assisted in classes and workshops and worked with various teachers such as Jordi Cortés, Marisa Brugarolas, Gloria José, Artur Villalba and many others. She has been cooperating with Jordi Cortés since 2009, for example in the dance video “Brickskin”, in the dance theater piece “Fóssil” and in the dance video “Fuck-in-Progress”, which received an award for “Best Choreography 2017” in Catalonia.

DIN A 13 tanzcompany is one of the few dance ensembles comprised of dancers with different bodily capabilities. The artistic approach taken by the company is marked by the exploration and visualization of the quality of movement inherent in “differing bodies” whose diversity forms the basis for the choreographical work. Gerda König challenges viewing habits and normative ideals found in contemporary dance, enriching it in the process through new impulses.
