“What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning?” 60 Seconds · 60 Minutes is a collective format bringing together 60 invited participants from all sectors (cultural, social, community, educational, etc.). Each person has 60 seconds to share a short contribution with the audience — a song, gesture, text, image, sound, or movement. Over the course of 60 minutes, these interventions follow one another, creating a moment of participation and listening that offers a glimpse into personal, simple, and authentic experiences.
