Elise is a contemporary dancer and performer from Belgium.  After graduating from the Conservatorium of Antwerp, she started her career as a freelance dancer.  In New-York she joined and established a strong partnership with the dance company BAIRA | MVMNT PHLSPHY. In Europe, she has since collaborated among others with Valentina Nigro (Company Noi), Nawal Aït Benala (Cie LaBaraka) and Johana Malédon (Cie Mâle). Since 2019, she has joined and been a part of Omar Rajeh’s company Maqamat. As a dancer for « Cent mille façons de parler » and « Dance people » and has an assistant choreographer for his work with the Tunisian opera ballet. She created and performed her own work « Gasp » and « Ici commence la mer » in several theaters in Belgium and is currently a contemporary dance teacher and choreographer in the royal conservatory of Liège.
